Production and repair of pallets

PPHU “HORSE” SP. Z O.O. as the only one of the few producers in Poland deals with the production of PRS 4 HT transport pallets.
We have a production line of the company IM Hart AB and technology under the Dutch license, thanks to which our pallets meet the strictest strength standards.
Transport pallets of the “HORSE” Company are subject to the drying process in a modern chamber dryer, which is a very important advantage regarding the product’s durability. Drying of pallets is under constant supervision, thanks to which the product is not exposed to biodegradation. The result is a maximum long time of use of our pallets.

Modern technology used by Horse Sp. z o.o. makes the repair of pallets fully profitable and pallets are usable even at very high loads.
The company pays particular attention to the safety of its employees. The external services are responsible for the implementation, maintenance and observance of health and safety regulations.

• We also carry out special order of pallets with HT processing.

The purchase of our product ensures high quality pallets and the possibility of repairs of used pallets, thanks to which we reduce costs.The pallets can be FSC®  certified, which is currently very important in international trade.

The “HORSE” company guarantees not only the high professionalism of the services it provides, but also due to the fact that it has its own Sawmill, it is able to fully control the quality of its product from the very beginning by producing a pallet board.

The experience of our Sawmill employees allows for a reliable assessment of the quality of the material from which our products are made. The high quality of the components of the product is the basis of its quality and strength in use.

The satisfaction of our contractors with regard to the product’s constituent materials is the best recommendation of the Sawmill’s work and since 2015 our offer also includes the sale of sawdust and firewood.

The “HORSE” Company has gained the confidence of Basell Orlen Polyolefins Płock and provides transport services on the premises of the plant; mainly works with the “Monika” installation, currently the largest in Europe.
